Dyson Manufactured Brown Box:
All Factory Serviced/Refurbished Dysons come in brown boxes. During the remanufacturing process, this vacuum was repackaged by Dyson at their factory in a brown box. The brown box provides better protection during shipping than the black boxes. It also differentiates factory serviced Dysons from new models. We received this vacuum directly from Dyson. It has not been opened since we received it. At Cleanairshopping, we guarantee the condition of the vacuum, not the box.
Factory Serviced:
Factory serviced means the same thing as refurbished. Factory serviced units either had a defect found by the factory or dealership, or were damaged in shipping. They were sent back to the factory where all damaged or defective parts were replaced with new ones and then the units were reinspected. Our factory serviced products were bought directly from the manufacturer. We do not have an individual item history for each of the dozens of units in our inventory. These machines are restored to like-new condition. They were never used by a consumer. Warranties: This vacuum comes with a 6 month warranty from Dyson followed by a 2 1/2 year warranty from our company. The coverage is for a total of three years. For the first 6 months, you would contact Dyson, and they will direct you to the closest repair center. After 6 months, you would contact us to set up the repair. Then, you will have to pay to ship the machine to us. We will repair and ship the machine back to you, free of charge.
Returns:
We have a 30 day return policy. Within that time, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will have UPS pick up your item and send out a replacement.
If you were unhappy with the performance of your item, but there is nothing mechanically wrong with it, you would still have to contact us to set up the return. You would be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. If you want an exchange, we’ll give you credit. If you want a refund there will be a $15 restocking fee. After 30 days, all problems will be handled through the warranty.
Payment:
Pay securely with any major credit card through PayPal only. We charge 8.25% sales tax for items shipped to Texas.
We require immediate payment for this vacuum.
Shipping:
Shipping is only FREE by UPS within the lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be an additional $30 by US Priority Mail.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA: We only ship within the 50 States. No shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. Territories. No APO, FPO, or PPO shipping. The warranties for our products are only valid within the US. All of our products run on 120V US current.
