We guaranty all of our new Bonetti accordions against any defect in workmanship, mechanism, or material for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If, the instrument should prove defective, despite proper care and usage, we guarantee to repair or replace, at our option, the unsatisfactory part or parts. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not applicable if damages are a result of mishandling, improper care, accident, body acids, shipping damages or climatic change. This guarantee will also be void if the hidden factory serial number has been tampered with or if the accordion has been dismantled by an unauthorized party. The owner shall pay all shipping charges to repair the accordion at the Bonetti authorized repair center. A warranty claim must be accompanied by a legitimate, dated proof of purchase from the distributor where the accordion was purchased to be valid. All warranty claims are to be sent by e-mail to greattunesmusic@gmail.com for instructions for return of the instrument to the authorized Bonetti repair center.

We ship by FedEx Air Economy to CANADA. Canada Customers: Shipping to Canada is quoted as Ground, but we send your item by Fed Ex Air Economy at NO additional Cost to the Buyer. We do this so no brokerage fees are due from the customer when the item arrives. The shipping calculator shown in the auction is a UPS calculator which is confusing. eBay does not support Fed Ex Ground software in their system so this is the only way we can offer a calculator. The prices quoted in the shipping calculator are discounted and are reflected in shipping price to counter the "Free Shipping" for the United States. Every instrument we ship is packed in brand new packaging, packed to FedEx standards with a minimum of 3" of cushioning on each side. Most instruments ship with a case, and in many instances, we will double box an instrument to make absolutely sure it travels safely. Where possible, we will ship using FedEx.
