If we do not receive ALL the information needed to process your order, within 24 hours of your payment or request for print information, we will REFUND your payment back to you. It is IMPOSSIBLE to process your order without the needed information. Once you are refunded you can re-pay and INCLUDE all required information at that time. Orders that have been refunded and NOT re-payed within 4 days will be filed with Ebay to recoup our fvf charged to us by ebay.
