WE BUY OUR EQUIPMENT ON AUCTIONS, FROM CLOSED RESTAURANTS, RESTAURANTS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, SCHOOLS, GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, ETC... WE DO NOT USE THIS MACHINES IN PERSON - WE DO NOT KNOW EXACT HISTORY OF MACHINES - WE RELY ON WHAT WE ARE BEING TOLD BY OUR SELLERS. WE ARE UNABLE TO TEST MACHINES: LIKE 220V, 3PHASE, GAS (NAT./PROP.). THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATING OUR HONESTY!
3. All sales are final: no return or refund of any kind.
4. In-person inspection (prior to placing a bid) is encouraged. Items auctioned are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Please, contact me in advance to arrange good time to inspect.
5. As a forms of payment, we do not accept PayPal. We can accept PayPal's credit debit cards trough our merchant account, but not direct PayPal payment.

8. Over-sized and heavy items are shipped by freight. I can provide freight quote upon request. Please, do not forget to e-mail me your zip code for quotation.
9. We will box and paletize for free. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR PACKING, HANDLING OR PALETIZING.
10. FREE DELIVERY FOR LOCAL (50 MILES) DELIVERY ON ITEMS SMALLER THAN 30X30X30INCHES.

12. Listing pictures are only good and legal description of item for sale. If you need more pictures, please, e-mail me your request and I will do my best to promptly respond with extra or better pictures.

Shipping insurance is not mandatory but it is recommended - it is your expense - we will do our best to protect items against shipping damages, but we will not be responsible for any shipping damages. In case of shipping damage, we can help you file a shipping damage claim with shipper - upon your request. We will not accept shipping damaged item returns.
14. All items listed as used will need additional cleaning, they may missing accessories or may not be complete. In-person inspection is encouraged prior to placing a bid.
15. All items offered for sale locally - I reserve right to stop this and any of my auctions at any time prior to auction end if item is sold locally. Please, do not wait till the last moment to place you bids - local cash offer or sale may stop this or any of our auctions.
