HOW THE PROCESS WORKS :

2. Please download repair form from our website, print it, read it and sign it! Repair form can be find on http://www.mobilephonerepairs.co.uk/download_mobile_repair.asp

3.  Send the phone by SPECIAL DELIVERY to:

4.  Your phone will be repaired and sent back to you within 48 hours. In case of any delays you will be contacted.

5.  Phones are sent back out to you by Special Delivery postage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REPAIR SERVICE:

1. If the phone is deemed ‘Beyond Economical Repair’ you will incur a inspection fee of £15. So the money you paid for the repair will be refunded less this amount. Please remember that even though the device comes in for a LCD replacement there may be a problem on the main board due to the physical damage.

2. If the phone needs to be re-flashed or have a software change the unit may revert back to the network it was initially locked onto and data may be lost. Turn On Your Mobile LTD cannot be held accountable for the unlocking of network locked phones and a separate fee may be charged for that.

3. Turn On Your Mobile LTD will not be responsible for loss or damage of customized phone cases, boxes, chargers or sim cards.

4. If the phone turns out to be barred the unit will be sent back with a handling charge of £15 plus all relevant postage costs to return the unit.  So the money you paid for the repair will be refunded less this amount.

5. Liquid damaged repairs may take up to 72 hours to repair due to the nature of the damage.

6. We will repair the problem that has come into the service centre. If any more arise they will need to be quoted separately.

7. Any phones sent in for CHARGING problems require the battery and charger to be sent also.

WARRANTY:

Any repair made to your equipment will be repaired at no extra cost should they fail with the same part failure within 90 days. This excludes faults relating to physical, accidental or water damage. If the LCD breaks again this is not something that falls under the warranty.
