Our shipping fees include, warehouse fees, labels, boxes and packaging material, fuel, ink and other costs incurred. We will not send the item COD, third party carrier or call tag pick up. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours. International shipments may take an extra 24 hours. Once your item is shipped you will receive an e-mail indicating the shipping label has been printed.

International Shipping including Canada

Most countries require some type of duties and taxes be paid on inbound shipments. We will try to reduce these fees by classifying the item as a "gift". However, if fees are imposed, they are the responsibility of the buyer

Shipping Insurance

The cost for insurance is $1.50. Due to the high value of some of our items, we recommend this insurance. Please note, we will not honor any non-delivery claim without it.

Payment Policy

We require payment within 7 days. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied or decide that your order is not what you needed, simply e-mail us for an RMA number within 7 days of receiving the product. When you receive an RMA number you will also receive instructions and an authorization to return the product. The cameras must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. Factory seals on the cameras MUST NOT be broken (Broken seals indicate tampering with the product and these cannot be returned to the manufacturer). For defective products, we will send a free replacement after the item has been received and inspected. Please note like anywhere else, the buyer is responsible for shipping back to us.

Refunds

In cases of refunds, the cost of shipping is never refundable. In the case of "free shipping" items, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (usually $8-$11). The item must be post marked for return within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. After the item is returned we will e-mail you a "mutual agreement to dissolve sale". Once completed, we will issue the refund.
