Return Terms

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and send with confirmation number to secure delivery. Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.  Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.  Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Items in good condition and returned for a refund will be charged re-stocking fee 15 % (no returns on Software or DVD's).

1. New Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original, unopened package.
  New - Open Item Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original package or with out the retail box. but is an open item - never used, register.
2. OEM It is a New item (as defined above) but is in a brown non-retail box.
3. Generic - 3rd party It is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer.
4. Refurbished Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it). Whether it is returned a month later or the very next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold.

Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After undergoing repairs and/or sanitation when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional restoration firm. After the reconditioning process the product has a like-new or almost new condition.

Often, the only ways to distinguish a refurbished product from a new product are blacked-out serial numbers, removal of the UPC code, or removal of the front page of the manual by the manufacturer. As for packaging, refurbished products are usually packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes. Some non-basic components (e.g cables, manuals, accessories) may be missing. 5. Used - Like New Item has never been used or have a little used. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package or is open item.
6. Used - Very Good Item looks and functions as if it were new, but may have light marks or scratches. Accessories, manuals, cables and software may not be included with the item. Please see item description for package contents.
7. Used - Good Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some non-basic components may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.
8. Used - Acceptable The most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that do not work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may be missing.
