 DELIVERY TIME

Orders which have been shipped by standard delivery methods are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.

For orders placed after 1 pm PST, one extra business day is required for shipping.

Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

International Customers:

German Shipments:

We cannot sell or ship any testers or unboxed items to Germany.  If this auction is for a tester or unboxed item, please search for items that are in Retail Packaging using the search box on the left.

 RETURN POLICY

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Hair care items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Hair care items due to health reasons.
