Shipping Policy

Packaging: We may use original item packaging to ship the product, if and only if the packaging is in good condition to save customer’s shipping cost. The original package may be re-opened and resealed to ensure proper padding with additional foams, bubble wrap, or paper cushioning if necessary. For small items, items without original box, or flimsy box not suitable for shipping, we’ll use good shipping box instead.

Tracking/Delivery Confirmation: We can provide free tracking number for item sold for more than $20 (excluding S&H) upon request (US domestic only).

Shipping within the continental USA (48 states): For small items weighted less than 1 lb and small in size, we ship via USPS first class, media mail, or occasionally, priority mail if additional fees are paid to cover the upgrade at item checkout after bidding. For items shipped in packages with length+height+width >= 36 inches or more than 5 lb, we will generally use FedEx Ground. For small packages, we will use either USPS first class mail or FedEx Ground. The shipping rate is specified in the item description.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is extremely important, because in general we found a few percentage of our shipment may arrive either damaged or missing due to carrier’s fault. We are not liable for uninsured damaged shipment or missing packages, so bidders are strongly recommended to provide their own shipping insurance.

Local pickup: no local pick.

Shipping outside of the continental USA: Please note that no returns will be provided, even if the item arrives damaged or non-functional. The satisfaction guarantee, if stated in the item description, is void for international destinations, and is always sold AS IS. We will ship the item with USPS first class mail if the package size length+height+width >= 36 inches and it is less than 4 lbs. Otherwise, USPS international prioritize mail are mandatory.

Payment Requirement

All items must be paid for within 48 hours of bidding close. We reserve the right to relist, cancel or resale the winning item if the payment is not made promptly within the timeline unless otherwise mutually agreed on.

Return Policy

An item purchased by US continental domestic bidders in NEW or LIKE NEW conditions (used or AS IS conditions excluded) may be returned for a full refund, less 5% restocking fee (to cover eBay fees on listing) and S&H, within 7 days of shipping arrival. In rare cases, if the insured shipment is damaged due to USPS or FedEx shipping problems, pleased provide the product Serial number and assist with getting a full refund of the item value after shipping damage claims are successfully completed.

There are no returns whatsoever for international buys excerpt for reaching an agreement between buyers and us. Therefore, please survey well before bidding. We will try all our efforts to determine whether a product is worthwhile bidding, given usually high shipping charges and lack of policy protections. International bidders, however, may choose to purchase warranty through SquareTrade.
