This is always in the item description, which we try to make as detailed as possible. We take great pride in getting all items to the intended destination in the condition it was described. In most cases, items ship the same day as payment received. Item ships USPS Media Mail unless otherwise stated. Combined shipping on multiple purchases. Shipping insurance available but not mandatory. We cannot be held responsible for damage or mishaps while in transit. We grade our books

in this manor:

1. New: is of course...New.

2. Like New: appears to be a new book, but is used.

3. Very Good: very clean and has very minor wear of any kind.

4. Good: a little worn around the edges and corners and can have marks or damage from wear on outside, not inside of book. All pages are nice. Damage will be noted in listing.

5. Acceptable: readable. They can have damage in many ways, warped pages, water damage, tears, bad bindings, etc... Damage will be noted in listing.

Our Return Policy:

Claims must be made within 3 Day's of delivery. Item must be returned, at buyers expense, in the same condition as shipped. After careful review, a refund, of the Purchase Price ONLY, will be considered. We reserve the right to replace a defective item if we have a similar item available. We cannot be held responsible for mishaps while in transit. Sorry, No refunds on shipping and handling charges, no exceptions. All items sold AS IS are not included in this policy...They are sold AS IS.
