- 7 to 14 Business Days After Processing This is an oversized item that is shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
- Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address? The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside. Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location.
- Before You Sign for the Delivery Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.
- If There is Visible Damage to the Package's Contents If there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling 1-

- Geographic Limitations on Delivery of this Item Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

All of our furniture is brand new from the importer in it's original box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment. Some products may require assembling. We do not stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices therefore they may be out of stock temporarily at the time of purchase and may take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock. We do require photos of any damaged items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by FEDEX/trucking company damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru FEDEX/Trucking company claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
