All breakage must be reported to us within 5 business days of receiving sign. Broken signs reported after that period will not be eligible for free replacement parts . Once we determined what part of the sign is broke; we will begin the process of sending you the necessary neon tubes to get your sign working again.You will not need to fix glass tubs, its direct replacement.. Its really simple and take no more than 10min per part. No tools need it.Our technicians will be here to assist you over the phone if you need help in changing the parts.
