SHIPPING

Shipping: I will not ship to Italy (products will not get through customs). We will ship your product within 48 business hours of receiving payment.  We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holiday’s.  Our shipping rates cover Packing, Materials, and Handling. We have successfully shipped thousand of items internationally.  Some packages get held up in Customs and can take a long time to arrive.  We ship to address provided by PayPal. Custom Fees or Import taxes may result when importing any product to various countries. Check with your local post office for information regarding importing international packages.   We will not mark product as a ‘gift’ or alter the value of the product for international shipping.  Please do not ask.  We are a professional business.

RETURN POLICY:

For returns, customer must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number.   Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving RA Number.  Product must be in original condition, with original tags, and packaging. Product must be returned in original shipping container at buyer’s return shipping costs.  Once product is received within allotted time and is inspected; a full refund (price of product and initial shipping fee) will be refunded thru Paypal only.  It’s is pretty easy.
