Final Fantasy 7 VII Ultimate Guide NEW!!! Never Read!!

     Wow! This is a brand new Final Fantasy 7 VII Ultimate Guide never read before from my personal collection. The magazine has never been opened and I will guarantee this is new. Never before on eBay did this come up NEW. The lines of the guide are shown to be smooth and without being bent as seen in the picture I took. I tried to take the best picture to show that it's never been bent. There is a little shelf wear on left side of the guide but it's complete and overall mint condition with poster. The reason why it is priced high is because you cannot find a better copy than this.
