This extremely tough, sturdy and durable mounting base can be used to surface-mount any 1.9” OD rail to a wood or concrete deck in situations where in-ground installation is either not desired or not possible.

Made of durable and beautiful high impact SAFTRON vinyl (the same material used in SAFTRON ladders and rails), these bases are a perfect color match to SAFTRON’s other pool products

All items are in stock 90% of the time and ready to ship three workdays following receipt of order with payment.  However, in the event that an item should become unavailable for immediate delivery, you will be notified by email and given the option of canceling the order (and receiving a full refund), changing for an alternative color or model, or waiting for the ordered item to become available.

Shipping:

Shipping rates are based on UPS published rates.  However, we reserve the right to ship via the equivalent service from FedEx, DHL, or any other reputable carrier.

Insurance:

Shipping insurance is required, and automatically included in the freight cost upon checkout.  All items are packaged suitably to ensure safe arrival under normal handling conditions.   In the event that an item should arrive damaged, however, customer assumes the responsibility of filing a claim with the carrier.  We will provide copies of any and all documentation that may be required for this purpose upon request.

Returns:

Returns are not allowed without prior authorization.  In the event of an error on our part, we will provide return instructions and cover all freight costs of both the return and replacement.  Refunds will be given for returns with authorization minus freight costs and minus a 25% restocking fee, provided returned items are returned in “new and sellable condition”, and in their original cartons or packaging.    Items returned incomplete or in used / damaged condition are not entitled to reimbursement.
