Return Policy:

If for some reason you receive an item not as described or the incorrect item we will make it right. Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Merchandise found to be non-defective and unwanted will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping fees are not refundable.
