• All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS

• Shipping insurance is not included unless UPS is used and it is insured properly.

• We do not ship to APO/FPO address, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and International shipping. 

Return Policy:

• Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

• All returns require RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).

• E-mail NewtonDiscounts to notify us of a defective item and request an RMA number.

• All returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sealable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

• All returns must be received by NewtonDiscounts within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns.

• Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
