If insured item is not received in 2 weeks after we provide you the tracking number, please contact us immediately. We will send a request for delivery status to the post office.

Customs Declaration

All items will be marked as GIFT on the customs declaration form. Invoice with LOWER values will be enclosed to the parcel for customs declaration. Please kindly inform us if you would like the invoice with your orignal paid amount to be enclosed to the parcel.

Terms of Sale

Return / Refund / Replacement

Return are available within 7 days of receipt of item(s). All item(s) MUST be returned in their original condition, not worn or altered and in original packing including ebay item number(s) and ebay ID. Please note that buyer is responsible for shipping charge of returning merchandise. Refund (excluding shipping fee and insurance) will be given after we receive the returned item(s). To avoid unexpected shipping loss, item missing or damage of the returned item(s), item(s) must be returned with tracking number and insured properly. Any item is not received by us and tracking number cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Replacement will be sent immediately after confirmation of insured item(s) loss is received from the post office or wrong items are delivered. If replacement is not available, refund will be given.
For insured item(s) which are lost, damaged in the mail, please report to your nearest post office as soon as possible and inform us. Replacement will be shipped immediately after the approval of claim is received from the post office.
