Shipping within the United States

1. This product ships FREE to any U.S. state, U.S. territory or APO/FPO Address.
2. This product ships from multiple U.S. authorized media distributor suppliers and warehouses.
3. Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one shipment.
4. Item being shipped with Expedited or Ultimate Service are sent via UPS, Fedex and/or US Postal Service (USPS) Priority or Express Service. Package progress is updated electronically each evening as your package makes its way through the delivery system. Current information can be accessed via the UPS, Fedex, or USPS link sent to you when your item ships.
5. Guaranteed On-time Delivery is available for Continental U.S. Addresses only. Expedited Service is available for Hawaii, Alaska and all U.S. Territories, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
6. Items being shipped with Budget Service are shipped via either USPS Media Mail or a private carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) who transports the package from the warehouse and then "hands it off" to USPS for the "last leg" of the trip to your delivery address. Even though a USPS tracking number is issued, the tracking link will typically show one of the following messages:
   "There is no record of this item"  or
   "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on .... to expect your package for mailing..."
   Because these packages are not scanned and updated to the USPS system until arrival at your local post office and/or the final delivery address, tracking information will either be inaccurate or not available until the evening following the day of final delivery.
7. Order Processing and Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. No Saturday or Sunday service is available.

Shipping to Canada Addresses

1. You can expect the following AVERAGE shipping times:

Orders placed after 3PM will ship the following business day.

2.   Customs, Duties, Import Taxes, etc., may be due when this item is shipped to an address in Canada. In most cases when fees are due, a bill is rendered from the import authority directly to the buyer at the time of Final Delivery.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  This specific product ships directly from multiple authorized media distributor suppliers and warehouses.  One or more of these suppliers requires the up front collection of import fees for orders being shipped to various countries such as Norway, Canada and a few others.  The supplier then pays these monies to the import authority in your home country on your behalf.  In the event your order requires the up-front collection of these fees, seller will send a PayPal invoice to the registered email address for your PayPal account within one business day of your purchase.  Your order cannot be processed or shipped until these fees have been paid. If the collected amount exceeds the actual amount of duties, taxes or fees due, simply send seller a copy of this bill (via email or through the mail) and seller will reimburse buyer these monies.  Reimbursements, if any, will be paid via PayPal.

3. For most Shipments to Canada, tracking information is not available until AFTER the package has been delivered. Only USPS Express Shipping provides current tracking information for your package as it moves its way through the delivery system.

5. Seller may substitute other carriers and service types as long as estimated timetables can be met.
