 I GOT THIS PICTURE FROM A WORLDWIDE AUCTION AS THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SO I TOOK THE PICTURE AS PAYMENT THEY OWED ME QUITE A BID OF MONEY AND I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE WHO IS IN THE PICTURE, I AM A MEMBER OF THE ANTIQUES ROADSHOW THEY TELL ME THE FACIAL FEATURES ARE VERY SIMILAR ( I WILL LIST THE ACTUAL EMAIL BELOW UPON REQUEST)). THE PICTURE IS FROM THAT ERA THEY HAVE AGREED ON THAT FACT, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO FEEL I AM TRYING TO DECEIVE SOMEONE AS I AM NOT AN EXPERT BUT, I HAVE TALKED AND WRITTEN TO QUITE A FEW. WHAT THEY SEEM TO HAVE CONCLUDED THE PICTURE IS FROM THAT ERA AND THE FACIAL FEATURES ARE VERY SIMILAR BUT THE ROADSHOW IS NOT COMING ANYWHERE NEAR MY HOME AS I HAVE THEIR SCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS WHICH MADE ME DECIDE TO SELL IT ON EBAY. THIS ITEM WILL BE SOLD AS IS AS I STATED I AM NOT AN EXPERT I AM JUST GOING ON WHAT THEY HAVE EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE. THE PHOTO IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION IT HAS ONE VERY TINY FLAW ON THE SIDE OF THE BOARDER NOT EFFECTING THE PICTURE IN THE LEAST IT HAS BEEN MOUNTED ON A CARDBOARD VINTAGE ADVERTISING AND KEPT IN A CLEAR HARD PLASTIC SLEEVE TO KEEP IT FROM EVER FOLDING ON THE BACK IT IS WRITTEN JAMES BOYS VERY RARE JESSE JAMES AS THIS PHOTO WAS SCHEDULED TO GO ON THE COMPANY'S NEXT AUCTION.

******************I would like to point out that I never said who was in the picture I got it from an auction house sent images to a few museums and they gave me their opinion. When I got this picture in payment I was told it was the James gang that's when I investigated it and did alot of research and no one will come out and say exactly who this picture is of. I have answered your emails as best as I could provided the sources I used and some of the emails are not exactly nice they don't ask questions just accuse and I don't think that is fair if you read the listing.............
