Most every customer is very fair in nature, but there are a rare few that would destroy years of hard work without regard to our families, reputation, etc.
You must communicate your needs up front. Give us every opportunity to do what it takes to fix any problems or even let eBay mediate before feedback is left.
Things to always consider:
We literally spend 2-3 extra hours 6 days a week trying to pamper our customers!
There is no such thing as perfection. Your feedback should be based upon how you
were treated by us during the problem. We do not care if it is even the smallest problem.
If it is going to effect our FLAWLESS record, then speak to us first no matter what.
The star ratings are no where near what a normal person might think. Anything less
than a 5 star rating is actually considered a negative thing for a seller. Of course we agree that in the real world, if you said something was good it would never be taken as bad.
But in the ebay world, anything below a 5 means you were unhappy about something!
So NEVER leave anything less than a 5 star unless you spend time talking to us about why you feel that way and give us the opportunity to do what it takes to leave you with a feeling of WOW!

We can never thank
you enough for those comments. We continually try to educate customers
that there has to be a time where people STOP shopping for the cheapest
prices that ALWAYS come with the cheapest experience in the long run
and
truly value the overall picture. It is customers like you that make it
worth all the things we go through.
The best way we know how to describe
ourselves
is like comparing hotels. If you go into a hotel that cost
$125 per night and they literally have everyone swarming around you to
pamper you from start to finish, go the extra mile every last time,
always
remember you each time you come back and do extra little things
here and there that are above and beyond
and truly from the heart. That
is beyond a 5 star hotel. Then you find another hotel that is $75. and
you are lucky if you get someone to ever do what is expected of them let
alone putting
their heart and soul into it. When you compare like that,
it is not fair to ask the 5 star hotel for 2 star prices. With
Electronics, everything is made in China these days. So it truly is
about WHO
sells it to you. We actually give awesome prices on
everything. Yet many out there concentrate on going cheaper just to get a
few dollars in their account and in the long run where you got a
cheaper price up front, you end up losing your arm and leg in times of
need. Whereas, NONE! of our customers ever are treated that way. So if a
consumer looks at the big picture along with the
best reputation in the
world. A lower number elsewhere does not mean it is truly cheaper in
the long run. So I guess that makes us the cheapest after all. :-)

It is internationally recognized that shippers will leave the product on your porch/backyard/etc. if you are not home. If you do not wish to risk it getting stolen, you must request signature required service before bidding. $2.60 fee.
International: If you have less than a 10 feedback rating. You must spend extra time communicating with us during this entire Transaction.
Up to 5 business days to process order. We have a high volume of sales and everything goes in order. We also have some at risk youth that work with us to help them understand the value of customer service and a better life than the streets. They will work hard to get it out sooner. Please just note if you buy from us, you must accept our clearly stated time frames.
2-6 business days for normal transit time after shipped.
International: We will literally go out of our way to save you as much money as we can on shipping. If you have a problem with our ship rates, you must tell us up front. Example of unacceptable. Customer in Australia paid $59 shipping for a karaoke player and it actually cost us $69. Then had the nerve to give us a 4 out of 5 for ship cost. That makes no sense, and is really offensive. We do not make up the shipping rates, we have no control over what you pay for duty fees, taxes, etc.. Every country is different and they do not share those rates with us.
We also have no control over transit time to other countries. Example; Sent a package to Turkey (express) 3 day estimated delivery time to the country. Amazing enough, it made it to the customers country in 3 days flat. His customs kept it for 2 weeks after that. We cannot be held responsible for something that is out of our hands. That would be unfair and no different than if lightning struck the package and set it on fire, you cannot hold us responsible for things that we have absolutly no control over.
As much as we would like to be, we are not mind readers. When you bid on a Wed and then expect it to be there on Friday for a karaoke party you set up. That would be irresponsible on your part to ignore the stated days for processing. Just communicate with us, tell us your needs and see how we can work to help you BEFORE you bid!
Defective product: 90% of electronics is made in China these days. And manufactures are responsible for it working. We did not make it. We just helped bring the product to you. So if you get a product that is defective please be fair and let us help resolve the problem. It is impossible to prepare for all possible problems. The shipping companies throw boxes around like toys and can sometimes damage a laser inside and so forth. Things we could never avoid. And thankfully it does not happen often. Just note we will do what it takes to help out.
Defective product: If it is defective when you get it. We must let the manufacture assist (their rules). to have the customer ship back the product and they will promptly replace it once you ship the first one back. Or you can give them a credit card number for a deposit and they can arrange to send out a replacement ahead of time. But must have the credit card info just in case the customer does not return the defective unit. (And yes, we have had ungreatful customers do that to us in the past).
We also care about doing our part to conserve the earth. We double box everything and use recycled boxes most often.
