ALL DVDs ARE LEGAL DVDS PURCHASED THROUGH CHANNELS SUCH AS DISCONTINUED, PRE-VIEWED TITLES FROM LOCAL RENTAL OUTLETS, NEW DVDS FROM WAL-MART AND BEST BUY, PLUS NEW AND USED DVDS PURCHASED ON EBAY. I DO NOT KNOWINGLY PURCHASE, NOR DO I KNOWINGLY SELL BURNS, COPIES, IMPORTS OR BOOTLEGS. ALL DVDs ARE REGION 1.   WHILE IN MY POSSESSION, ALL DVDs ARE ADULT HANDLED. THEY ARE CLEANED, PLAYED, THEN RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO THEIR CASES; NOT LEFT IN OR ON THE PLAYER.

All DVD's are available for purchase in my brick & mortar shop too, so buy instead of just watching; the eBay listing will be cancelled if a shop client wishes to purchase it.

PAYMENT: Payment is by PayPal ONLY and is due within THREE DAYS of purchase.  Items may be combined over a period of three days, with combined payment due by day three following the first item ending date.

SHIPPING: First DVD or Box Set ships for $3.00; each additional DVD/Box Set ships for $1.00.  Shipping discount applies only to items paid on ONE invoice and shipped in ONE package to ONE address.  If you pay for them separately, you will NOT receive the shipping discount. Shipping of one or two DVDs will be USPS First Class Mail; Media Mail will be used for 3 or more DVDs and for Box-sets over 13 ounces.

Due to recent eBay policy changes, shipping insurance is no longer optional at the buyer's discretion.  So in order to keep my prices to you reasonable, only packages shipped by ‘Expedited Shipping’ will be insured.  Packages shipped by "Standard Shipping' WILL NOT BE INSURED.  All packages will have Delivery Confirmation, regardless of shipping method or total package value, to serve as my proof that the package was indeed received at your address. 

If you want Priority Mail shipping, it is available for an additional cost.  I ship your package within ONE BUSINESS DAY of clear payment received.

My shipping rates are VERY fair.  All items are carefully packaged; I ship them the same way I would like to receive them myself.  

Here's what I do for you when you buy my DVD: 

1. If the case is damaged, I replace it with one of the empty cases I buy for that specific purpose; the exterior artwork will be slipped under the clear plastic outer sleeve so that your DVD arrives both play-ready and shelf-ready. 
2. I clean your disc and put the bubble square inside the case with it, then put the case into a small plastic bag I bought for that specific purpose, fold the excess and use one of the stickers I print for that specific purpose to hold the bag shut.  
3. This is then inserted into a white poly, rip-resistant (manila or kraft envelopes tear too easily) bubble mailer that I bought for that specific purpose. 
4. Using the good quality printer paper and printer ink I buy, I print out your shipping label and your packing list. 
5. The shipping label is taped to the envelope with additional clear tape over the addresses in case the envelope gets rained on so that your address will not be blurred and lost. 
6. Oh yes, and you get the movie too (which I ALSO bought; it didn't just magically appear on my shelf) delivered to your door instead of you having to put gas in your vehicle to go buy it in person for whatever price plus sales tax.  It is cheaper than the combined price of renting a DVD and the gas to drive to the rental place, drive home, drive the DVD back to the rental place and drive home again.  No late fees, you can sell it if you don't want to keep it and no ending up with an unplayable disc from the DVD-by-mail place.

I am an ethical seller; I leave immediate feedback when payment is received unless I have to file PNR with eBay.  I will not leave feedback for a bidder who must be FORCED to pay for their purchase.   

All items are used (unless described specifically as new) and in good condition except for any flaws noted in the descriptions.  I fully disclose everything I know about each item and by purchasing my items you agree that you are aware that all items are sold AS IS with no warranties or guarantees of any sort expressed or implied in any way. All items are from a smoke-free environment for the time that I have had possession of them; I make no such claims as to their environment prior to me. I do have cats, but they are not interested in my items; I mention it only to inform you that the possibility exists that you may receive an item that has been in proximity to a cat, or even an item that will arrive with a cat hair in the package.  I examine each item carefully, but it is not impossible for me to miss something. Email for additional pictures and/or information and be sure you want the item BEFORE you bid; there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
