If insurance has been purchased, & despite our efforts, the carrier damages or loses the package, the BUYER files the claim with the carrier- not us. Since the buyer has possession of the item & packing materials, the buyer must file the insurance claim. We do not reimburse you, the carrier does. Just let us know, and we will mail out the insurance receipt & help you any way we can.
