What a fantastic black grommet skirt by Tripp!  The cotton skirt is a-line but there are pleats at the hem, creating a bit of a ruffle effect.  And the pleats are super cool - there are 42 metal grommets in rows of three on the 12 pleats at the hem.  The pleats and grommets are on both the front and the back of the skirt.  At the waist there are strips of fabric with more grommets - 4 strips on the front and two strips on the back (see the second photo for a close up of the front).  The skirt zips up the back. 

This skirt is pre-owned but I cannot find a flaw on it - no stains, rips, holes or odors.  It's ready to wear!  According to the Tripp label tag in the skirt it's a size medium, but please use my measurements to make sure this skirt is right for you.
