Payments:

• All purchases require payments through Paypal. 

Shipping:

• All shipments will be shipped out within 3 business days upon purchase.
• Packages less than 13 oz. will take 2-5 business days to receive.  All packages over 13 oz. will take 2-9 business days to receive.
• All shipments are shipped via the USPS or UPS.  Tracking numbers are emailed through Paypal, or they can be checked on the Paypal website. If you don’t receive an email and you can’t find the tracking # on Paypal, please contact us and we will email it to you.
• If you need your shipment to be expedited, just contact us and we will arrange that for you.
• The shipping and handling cost is usually fixed and it is displayed in the listing. If shipping cost is variable it can be calculated in the shipping calculator by entering your zip code for US customers or County for international customers. 
• We combine shipping. The cost of combined shipping is 30% lower than the actual shipping cost and it is calculated automatically, if not please contact us.
• Please note on holidays shipments may take a little longer depends on USPS.
• We will try our best to send these items in the excellent condition.  Some items will not shipped in there original package since some of them are open box item.

International Shipping:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Item Condition:

• Most of the items are open box items unless otherwise stated, where the conditions of the items are in either excellent condition or new.
• Some of the items may have some blemishes/minor scratches because of the open box, but that will be stated in the description. 
• If you have any question at all about any item please ask.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns unless it is stated in the description that item is sold “AS-IS no returns”.
• The items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive it.
• Refund will be given as EXCHANGE unless the item is out of stock, then the Refund will be given as money back.
• Majority of our items are still under manufacturers warranty so a quick call to the manufacture might save you time and you might end up getting a brand new one.
• Return shipping will be paid by the BUYER and then refunded will be given after receiving it.
• When returning an item please send it with the AUTION ID and your eBay USER ID.
