  Our shipping fee charge is to the benefit of our customers. Instead of paying high shipping fees for each item, you will only pay a one time base charge of $6.39 and $0.60 for each additional pound within your total order. This way you will not have to pay the base fee for every item you purchase within one shipment.

  To combine shipping, buy all the items in your interest and the $6.39 handling charge is a one time fee plus $0.60 per pound. At checkout your total charge will be based on the total pounds multiplied by $0.60 plus the a handling one time charge of $6.39.

• For exchanges, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. And if there is any credit remaining you may use it towards your next order.
  
  
• You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us or call us to request an RMA # and we will issue your return authorization # with the instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. All RMA's must be received within 30 days of the receipt.
  
• If you are exchanging for another item and see the item online please advise us so that we will reserve the item for you and once the item is reserved we will give you instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

• What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
  If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike.
