I am offering this option because some collectors want their items to be factory sealed. This original concept Boba Fett, is based on the drawings of Ralph McQuarrie and Joe Johnston. McQuarrie is often credited with developing the look and feel of the Star Wars trilogy. McQuarrie and Johnston worked side by side to develop this version of the Galactic Bounty hunter. It is uniquely different than the final film version but was arguably, strong inspiration for the look of the Clone Troopers and their armor.

- SEALED or NOT: Please note that I will be shipping the item FACTORY SEALED. Buyers can request that I open and inspect the item prior to shipping. Please let me know at time of payment. I'm offering this option because I know most collectors want their items to be factory sealed. I cannot accept responsibility for any damages/flaws if the buyer want their item(s) shipped factory sealed. Shipping insurance is for coverage of damages that occur during transit (i.e. broken items or torn box). Shipping insurance does not cover paint blemishes/flaws, missing parts and etc. If the buyer finds any non-transit related damage on a factory sealed item, then the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for replacement (if available). This means the buyer has to pay the shipping to return the item to me and also pay for the new shipment (replacement). NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY ITEMS SHIPPED FACTORY SEALED IF BUYER CLAIMS FACTORY DEFECTS. If a replacement is not available, as much as I hate saying this, I will not be able to do anything. This is due to the strict guidelines companies have for returns/exchanges. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE choose how you want the item shipped carefully. SHIPPING/HANDLING: Item will be shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance for the FULL purchase price for FREE (Lower 48 states only. All others and outside US please email for quote). To protect everyone involved in this transaction, item will be shipped "signature required". If you are unfamiliar on how Bowen/Sideshow usually ships these larger items, you have to realize that these are shipped without any protection to the color "collector's" box. Most of them suffer "dinged" corners during transit. Please note that some items cannot be combined for shipping (due to size). One large and couple of smaller items will be okay, but two large items will be very difficult. I will try my best to combine shipping on all items, but please realize that it is not a guarantee. 99% of the time, my items are shipped within ONE business day (sometimes same day) of receiving cleared payment! Never more than two business days before the winner's item(s) are shipped! I believe there is a misconception by the buyers when grading sellers on shipping "time". This "time" does not refer to how soon you receive the item, but how quick the items are "shipped" after receiving payment. I live in CA and it would take much longer for a package to reach NY compared to TX or somewhere near the West coast. If anyone wants to receive their items quicker, please ask about other delivery options. Just be aware that quicker the delivery service, the more expensive it will be. I probably have one of the quickest (if not THE quickest) turnaround time and I don't think some buyers understands how to grade this area.
PAYMENT: Due to recent changes to eBay's policy, sellers can only accept electronic payments. I can only accept Paypal at this time. Payment is due within 7 days of auction's end. Payment must be made in CASH at time of pick up if buyer(s) would rather pick up the item.
FEEDBACKS: I always leave a positive feedback for anyone that pays within the stated time. I would just like to ask buyers to reciprocate in kind upon receipt of the item in satisfactory condition. Please contact me with any problems as I am willing to work out any differences. I have yet to receive any negative/neutral feedbacks as a seller and there is a reason for that.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS: Buyer(s) will have 3 days from receipt of item to contact me for any returns. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. NO returns on factory sealed items if opened. Buyer(s) will be responsible for return shipping and return package must be insured for the full purchase price. Refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving return item (as long as it is returned in the same condition). I'm sorry, but the refund will be minus stated shipping cost. For any auction offering FREE SHIPPING, my actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund. For presale items: Buyer(s) will have 7 days to cancel any presale items. After 7 days, there will be a 10% fee of the full purchase price for any cancellations. A full refund will be given if I cannot deliver the item within 30 days of auction's end at the buyer(s) request.
