DOMESTIC SHIPPING TERMS:
• Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, but we will ship via USPS, DHL, or UPS on a purchaser provided shipping account number. • We ship our products everyday (Mon-Fri). • We insure all equipment we ship, this is for our customers protection. • We only ship to addresses you have verified with Paypal or Ebay. You are responsible to keep your address current. We do this to keep our customers safe from fraudulent purchases. • Products that will be shipped to Missouri addresses, please add 6.60% Missouri sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:
• We strictly adhere to federal trade laws, but we will gladly ship equipment to any country in the world as long as all international trade guidelines are followed.
ADVANCED NETWORK SOLUTIONS EBAY TRANSACTION TERMS
SELLER WILL: 1) We will ship order within two business days of a cleared payment, usually the same day. 2) If product is received and does not work the seller will replace that product once the defective piece is returned. Refunds will be given if we are unable to provide an adequate replacement in a timely manner
BUYER WILL: Must pay within 5 days If mailing payment buyer is to contact seller to make them aware If a product is defective or damaged buyer must obtain a rma# within 1 week of receiving. - eBay takes great measures to ensure its marketplace is safe for buyers and sellers. - When a bidder wins and does not pay everyone looses. -Advanced Network Solutions takes a firm stance on Non Paying Bidders & our process detailed below is Automated. So only bid if you intend to pay. If you bid incorrectly then please use 'Bid retraction' which can be found in 'My eBay'.
Non-Paying Bidders: Order of Events
- Day 4 we send you a reminder to complete checkout
- Day 8 we send you a second reminder email
- Day 11 you're reported as a non-paying bidder to eBay
- Day 14 final reminder sent
- Day 15 your account is flagged and negative is left.
ADVANCED NETWORK SOLUTIONS RETURN GUIDELINES
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Advanced Network Solutions. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documentation and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Advanced Network Solutions to process your RMA. Equipment returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Advanced Network Solutions discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through Advanced Network Solutions are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Customer damaged items cannot be returned.
Advanced Network Solutions Standard Warranty Policy Our Standard Warranty Policy covers most products sold by Advanced Network Solutions, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 1 YEAR* of the original invoice date for a replacement or refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. * 90 days if buyer is a reseller.
ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS
Physical Damage Policy Equipment that has sustained physical damage cannot be returned to Advanced Network Solutions. Improper installation/insertion of modular networking components may cause back plane damage or bend pins. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. If you return any physically damaged item to Advanced Network Solutions. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items Sometimes items are returned to Advanced Network Solutions after the product is no longer being stocked. If we no longer carry an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either Advanced Network Solutions will send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 14 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. |
