Shipping:

Worldwide Express Mail (EMS): Will take 3-9 days to reach you depends on different countries (The Worldwide Express same as UPS, FedEx. And it’s quick and very safe with tacking number). Please note all final shipping cost will refers to the table below. Please read it carefully and if you are not happy with the shipping fee. Do not bid.

1.      For some counties like Germany, Italy, Australia and etc. The custom is extremely strict. Any item returned from the custom. You will NEED to pay a re-send fee.(Same as the post fee before)

2.      Once I send out the item, I will inform you with the tracking number and online checking link. Please check it regularly to ensure the item will reach you. Any return item with the reason of ‘undelivered’. You will need to pay a re-send fee. (Same as the post fee before)

3.      Please kindly leave me your telephone number so the post office can contact you for a pick up if it is undelivered to avoid extra fee.

4.      For general claim I will write down as ‘gift’ with low value.

5.      ALL POST FEES IS SUBTRACTED TO THE TABLE BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THAT, DO NOT BID!

6.      For normal air mail service (with tracking number). It normally 5$-7$ CHEAPER than EMS and will take 2-4 WEEKS to reach you.

7.      For EMS tracking information, English is available for checking information. For normal air mail services, only Chinese is available for checking information. However you can ask me for translation.

1.      Auction winner should contact me within 2 days and complete payment within 3 days. (unless you contact me with reason, but the maximum time is 7 days)

1.        Sometimes the custom checks at the auction winner country takes longer time and this will delay the local delivery.

4.        For security reasons, we do not accept change of delivery address via emails.

7.        Buyers need to pay shipping fees again for re-shipping the item, except error was made by our team.

3.        SOME PRODUCTION COMPANY ACCEPT ITEMS WITH PRODUCTION FAILURE, Therefore, in that case buyer must help to file the item damage report from the courier company and assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.

4.        Buyer must return the item to us in original packing and mint condition.

5.        We don't offer refund once item is shipped. However, we do accept re-shipping the same item to buyer when item returns apply.
