Original tag must be affixed to item as it was sent, not removed and taped back on. PLEASE contact me PRIOR to sending me the item back to discuss form of shipping. Refund on shipping will be provided for the "same" initial shipping type, and the return shipping by buyer should be sent via the same type of shipping as it was initially sent to them (ie: 1st class, priority, parcel post etc).
