Terms of Sale
Please forgive us for all the tons and tons of info we put on here, we just want to be sure that we cover as much as we can. We do this so that you can bid and buy with confidence! We try to describe each item as accurately as possible. We power on every item when we can, but have not tested it any further unless otherwise noted in the description. If the item says new, it is new and unused. The box may be shop worn and dusty, but the items inside are new! Our Items are sold "as-is" without warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise agreed to by seller. Please make sure you want the item before you place a bid. Serious bidders only. Payment
If you win our auction, we will email you to make all final arrangements to get your items to you. Once we make shipping arrangements, we will let you know the total of the auction including shipping costs. Payment in full must be received before items will be shipped. Payment or payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of the auction close or we will consider it a non-paying bidder. We accept PayPal only – per ebay’s policies (not ours – sorry!). You can use a debit or credit card thru the PayPal system without having an account with them.
Shipping
Price does not include shipping & handling. Shipping is at buyer's expense from zip code 38701. We prefer to use FedEx Ground for our shipping because, in our opinion, the service is better. Since ebay doesn’t have a direct link-up with FedEx, our listings say UPS. Their shipping calculator is included on our listings and FedEx Ground costs the same. We’re happy to combine shipping too, just make us aware that you are bidding on another item that we’re selling, and we’ll hold off on sending a final bill. We prefer that the auctions close within a few days of each other.
FeedBack
We will leave our feedback when we receive payment from you, based on the transaction, speed, etc. When leaving your feedback, understand that we do NOT “pad” our shipping costs. We charge you what we are being charged by the shipping companies. Please don’t punish our ratings because of their inflated prices! Your 5-star feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
About Us
DKI has been in business for nearly 20 years. Our primary business is asset recovery for large food processing manufacturers, although we do work for a lot of different types of companies. Our biggest clients are Campbell’s Soup Company and Pepperidge Farm Bakeries. We decided to start this Ebay store so that we could expand our reach to others who may be looking for items that we have in our inventory. We come across many kinds of items that we need to let folks know we have. Check back often as we are adding items daily.
