PAYMENT

• We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

SHIPPING

• We work hard to ensure your order is shipped promptly. Payments received before 12:00 PM EST will ship that same day. We ship on all mail days including Saturdays.
• Expect for your order to arrive in 2-5 business days if you live in the Continental US. Allow 10 - 30 days for International Shipping. Most items are shipped USPS. Tracking # will be provided upon request.
• Express Mail is available upon request.
• Shipping & Handling Fees: When the shipping cost is automatically calculated our shipping & handling fee is 0.95.
• WE WILL COMBINE YOUR SHIPPING. If you order several different items we will combine your shipping costs. Email us for a shipping quote.
• International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RETURNS

• We stand by the products we sell. We make every effort to describe each item honestly, and accurately. We offer a 7 day return policy. If your item has a defect not mentioned in the description or viewable in the photos we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a postage paid return label for you to return the item. Returns for other reasons will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In this case the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
• Communication for returns MUST be made within 3 days from receiving your order. No returns accepted without prior arrangements being made.
• All returns MUST be in the original condition with all the original parts, accessories, and packaging. The serial number must match the product.
• Refunds will not be given to items that have been abused, altered, or misused. Such items will be returned to sender.
• All returns should be mailed as "Delivery Confirmation", not signature confirmation.
• Z to A Retail reseves the right to "Followup on Feedback Left". This means that if a customer is behaving outside of ebay policies then we have the right to post a followup to our original feedback. We will also report all activities that violate ebay policy.
