We are a small family owned business that retrieves unwanted items we do sell our items locally, Due to the amount of items we receive we now sell them through ebay. Just as if we were in person you the buyer is always our priority we will keep excellent communication with you even after the sale I can not encourage enough about any questions feel free to ask we are more then happy to answer. The stuff we list is normally in great condition.We do sell the odd thing that will need work but we will tell you.

We also get alot of things that are rare or old or we might think that someone would like that is different so we are worth looking at every now and then Thank you for looking at our auction

Shipping

All territories,nunavut and northern Canadian Islands Please contact us for shipping quote as it may or may not be different from other areas

We ship every Tuesday and Friday unless it is a holiday which we will inform you. We are located in Ontario CANADA which I can not stress that when shipping to the USA it may take longer due to customs which we do not control unfortunately. If you can not be patient with the shipping please do not bid

We also like to mention that all shipping charges include handling and packaging and we also ship the cheapest way which if you are international there may not be a tracking number if you want a tracking number there will be extra shipping cost we would also like to mention as well that the time frame is normally 12 business days and sometimes longer which we do not control if this time frame is not good then do not bid If you do not agree with our shipping prices please do not bid as we try hard to ensure great prices and service.

We will also ship internationally but we request that all international buyers contact us for shipping quote before placing a bid Thank you

We do combine shipping on all of our items if you buy more then one thing or you buy one and are waiting for another item to end please let us know and do not proceed with check out. Our items are different sizes and weight so it is hard to give best discount automatically so we will do it manually prior to sending invoice to you

Refunds

If for any reason the item that you receive is not what we said it was we will refund 100% of your money when we receive the item back

If the item is damaged we will give you 100% of your money back when we receive proof (pictures)

All used items are tested before they are shipped so we are more then confident that they will work as described unless damaged during transport which we will need proof of (pictures)

You must contact us right away when you are requesting a refund
