We are a non-smoking home. However, we have 2 dogs so please be aware of this if pet dander/hair is an issue for you.

About Us:
I am a stay at home mom that has homeschooled my children for the past 18 years. Most of the books I sell are books that I have personally purchased for homeschooling my children. I have been homeschooling for over 18 years so I have quite a collection. Many were purchased new or come from other homeschoolers, library sales, thrift stores, used book stores, etc. We are coming to the end of our homeschool journey as my youngest is now 16. I have held onto books for way too long thinking that I may pass them onto my grandchildren. However, they live too far away for this to make sense, so I am now passing these wonderful books onto you. My commitment to you is to describe each book/item accurately and list any flaws that I see. Also, I do not use stock photographs, the pictures you see on the listing are pictures of the actual book/item you are purchasing. Your business is important to us and goes to my childrens college fund which will be needed very soon!
Payment Terms
At this time we are accepting eBay's checkout. We accept Paypal as our choice of payment method. Paypal has quickly become the safest way to pay and accept for Ebay purchases.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of close of auction. eBay policy states for us to get our listing fees and final value fee back is that we must issue a non paying bidders notice, which we really hate to do, however it becomes quite expensive to lose these dollars. We will make every attempt to contact you before we do this as we know things do happen....so please work with us.
Shipping
We try our best to keep our shipping costs low to save you money. We ship books media rate unless you specify differently. We package our books well with any materials that we can recycle that will properly protect your purchase. We wrap and tape all purchases in plastic to protect against moisture before taping it in our recycled box. This means your purchase could arrive in a cereal or toilet tissue box, whichever works best. Also, I charge $.75 - $2.50 handling charge for each auction to offset the cost of delivery confirmation, packaging materials, labor and gas to transport your packages to the post office. I try my best to ship within 2 days but since I'm homeschooling, that is not always possible, so shipping is usually done each Saturday morning at the latest.
I am always happy to combine shipping and I have set the Ebay shipping preferences to allow for combined shipping. I will combine for all purchases within a 3 day period. Please email me to let me know when you are finished shopping and I will send a combined invoice. However.... combined shipping purchases MUST be made with ONE payment. If you submit multiple payments, your purchase will NOT qualify for the combined shipping discount. Insurance is $1.70 for the first $50 value. This is at your option and risk if you decline the insurance.
Feedback
Due to eBay's new Star rating system and it's lack of explanation and clarity I would like to try to give you an insight as to how it affects our business. You would think that a 4 star rating would be good as eBay says. Not So. Anything less than a 5 star rating on all categories might as well be a Negative feedback score. If you are not completely satisfied with any transaction, please contact me immediately and give me the opportunity for an equitable resolution before leaving a less than 5 star rating.
Feedback is a wonderful tool to let us know how we are doing. It is also our reputation and yours. We request that before you leave us a feedback that can not be undone that you make every effort to allow us to correct the rare problem that might occur. If you will look at our feedback you will see that we try very hard to take care of our customers. If you are unhappy with your transaction it is because we are not aware of it. We will all make mistakes, but for us to correct it you must let us know.
100 % satisfaction is our goal for our customers. In order to achieve this we have established this return policy. Normally, all sales are final. I go to great lengths to describe my books and give you as much information as possible to make an informed decision about your purchase. Unless I have grossly misrepresented the condition of an item - in that case I'll give a partial or full refund based on our mutually agreeable perceived value of the item.. Any refund requests must be made within 3 days of the receipt of the item.
