How do I interpret the book condition?

We follow standard grading guidelines.  Here is more detail:

     New:  Brand new, unused item in perfect condition.

     Like New:  An unread item that may show minor shelf wear.

     Very Good:  An item that has been read and may show signs of minor wear, but overall remains in excellent condition.

     Good:  A standard used book in good condition.  Pages intact but may have minimal wear or markings.  Hardcovers may be missing dust jacket.
