It has been maintained in excellent condition and has had little or no use the past 12 months. You must have the hearing aid re-fitted with your ear mold to fit your ear canal. This is done at any local hearing center. We recommend at Costco or Walmart Hearing centers for the best value ($80.00 approximately). Or there are internet sites which will send you a mold kit at home. This aid cost $4,200 when bought new. We include a free box of size 675 batteries . This hearing aid comes with manual volume control and manual and automatic settings. It has telephone telecoil M-T switch. This particular model turns off when battery door is slightly opened. You will save thousands of dollars in buying this aid, compared to a new hearing aid of the same quality. This hearing aid is for severe hearing losses (uses size 675 battery).If you already have an ear mold from your previous hearing aid, you can just attach your mold to the aid.
