DESCRIPTION OF ITEM:

Most of my auctions are for BRAND NEW never opened direct from store or factory and are described as new. In the case of a gently used or previously purchased and used item, it is described in precise detail to avoid any confusion or conflict. I always encourage your emails, but please be patient in getting a response, in most cases within 24 hrs.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Information for both United States & International Bidders & Buyers is as follows:

U.S. BUYERS-Successful bidders are responsible for the shipping rate included in this auction as stated and is non-negotiable. This fee includes tracking & delivery confirmation services, shipping materials, handling and delivery by the U.S.P.S.  Item will be properly, securely and carefully packaged to insure item arrives in good condition. Insurance is recommended and is always available to purchase at the U.S.P.S current rate at time of auction end. Insurance may be required in some cases, if so, this is clearly stated in the auction information & is not negotiable.  Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmed full payment.  Alternative shipping methods are available in some cases, such as Express Mail/Overnight Service if the buyer requests with the understanding they are responsible for the additional shipping fees. Buyers in most cases will receive an email with shipping & delivery information after a shipping label is generated with important information. Please be patient, reasonable & realistic about delivery of item. Delivery time after item is shipped that is solely the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service, which in most cases is very speedy & impressive.  In most cases combined shipping is available and rates are determined solely by the seller based on weight, destination & all other factors. Identical items in most cases are full price for first item and a 50% reduction on each additional item. Please contact me prior to bidding if you have any questions.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS-Worldwide bidders are always welcome unless noted in an auction.  Shipping rates vary from the United States to different countries and it is very difficult to be precise. Therefore, most auctions will have a flat rate shipping fee. Please email prior to bidding if a rate quote for an alternative shipping method is needed to a certain country. Please be very patient as in some cases it may take several weeks for an item to arrive in certain parts of the world. Flat rate international shipping is non-negotiable.

PAYMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payment must be made via PAYPAL for all Ebay auctions as required. PAYPAL accounts are also required for seller listings in most cases. Payment is expected to be made in full no later than 5 days from auction end. Please email if bidding on multiple auctions and needing to combine shipping. Please bid responsibly  to avoid non payment & claim issues. Non payment buyers or successful bidders who choose not to pay will be reported for such. I would strongly encourage bidders with a feedback score of 5 or less to contact me prior to bidding or your bid may be immediately cancelled.The seller reserves the right to cancel bids on listings at anytime during auction run at their discretion.
