• The average deliver time is about 5 to 14working days after payment cleared.
• The charges includes shipping and handling fee.

Special note:

• As I am always travelling and working between New Zealand, Australia and Hongkong, so the item's dispatching place maybe different from the "ITEM LOCATION" stated in the auction. Normally it will sent out from 1 of those 3 places: Auckland, Sydney or Hongkong. No matter where the item will be sent out from, I will use standard air mail (NZ POST, Australia POST or Hongkong POST, all the most efficient post systems in the world) to ensure the speedy deliver time, normally about 5 to 14 working days.
• Please be patient to wait for the arriving of the parcels. As you are paying for STANDARD INTERNATIONAL AIR POST  so it can not be very accurate on the deliver time. Please no ask where your parcel is within 10 days you pay me.  Only if it is more than 3 weeks after you pay me then you need to contact us to check.  Most of the parcels can arrive within 10 days.
• If you can not trust me or have no patience to wait for possibly up to 3 weeks (rare, but it did happen a few times) then please do not bid on my auctions!

All items have 30 days RETURN TO BASE (RTB) GUARANTEE period from the date the buyer receives the item. RTB means that the buyer pays to send the product back, I fix or replace and pay for sending again to the buyer.

If I can not fix or provide replacement or satisfied alternative solution, I will offer an refund. But sorry that the shipping & handling fee is not refundable. I can only refund the purchase value.
