All parcels will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after receiving cleared payment.

Local WA residents Pick-up Service

Local Pick-up is available on Items by appointment only. An attendance service fee of $5 is applied on this Item at time of Check-out, please request for a revised postage cost at that time, no exceptions. Items listed as "Pick-up only-Free" are Items that can not be Posted due to excessive weight or size these Items do not attract a service fee, Pick-up is not at our secure warehouse but at a private address in Port Kennedy WA Postcode 6172. Appointments are absolutely necessary and may be requested by contacting us on eBay Messaging please include your phone number in the message so we can contact you and arrange a pick-up date and time, a staff member will be in attendance at the arranged appointment time.

RETURNS POLICY

We are more than happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted.

RETURN POLICY  (Applies to new Items only)

1. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
3. Unfortunately delivery fee is non refundable.
4. A penalty fee of $10 + return postage will be applied if the returned items are found to be not faulty.
5. Only exchange is accepted for faulty items.
6. We accept exchange if the item is found to be defective and is only possible within 3 days of delivery of the Item(s) except as specified on the listing.
