Adorable Texas Cowboy Christmas Stocking

Offered in this auction is an adorable Texas Christmas stocking handmade here in Fort Worth for your favorite cowpoke! It’s adorned with the cutest little cowboys singing, lassoing, and fixing a meal at the ol’ chuck wagon. Banners of vintage Texas-themed fabric declare its origins and golden star buttons make it clear that this stocking is from the Lone Star State! Deep red bandanna patterned fabric is used for the back, a coordinating dark red lines the stocking and a tiny red star design adds a bright little ruffle. The completed stocking measures approximately 16 inches long and 8 inches wide at the foot, with a hanging loop of crimson ribbon. What a fun stocking to hang wherever you would like at your “ranch” or to give as a gift this Christmas!

Every textile item I make is different, and each is a one-of-a-kind, original design. Each one includes at least one piece of vintage fabric, needle work, or trim to honor all of our foremothers who spent hours and hours making even the most utilitarian items into works of needle art. Some of these vintage items may have some very slight imperfections, but I strive for finished products of style and charm that will add beauty and warmth to your home. Because a great deal of hand work goes into each one, I can only make one or two a week, so please be patient if you are looking for a particular color or style! All fabrics and trims are carefully laundered before use. I’d recommend dry-cleaning when they eventually need it because of the variety of new and vintage fabrics used.

I now accept Paypal only. I expect payment within five business days of close of auction, and I ship within five business days (usually sooner) of receipt of payment. I really hate to report anyone for non-payment or to leave negative feedback, so please don’t bid if you don’t intend to buy.

Shipping for this item will be $6.00 within the 48 lower United States. I use UPS for most shipping or occasionally USPS if I must ship to a Post Office box. Everything I ship is very well packed, insured, and has delivery confirmation. IMPORTANT: Canadian bidders please email me for the exact shipping cost. Items shipped to Canada will be shipped by UPS Canada Standard only. Since UPS does not ship to a Post Office box, I must have a valid street address in order to ship to Canada. If you usually receive your mail at a Post Office box, you can arrange to have an item shipped to a work address or to the home of a friend or family member. I can’t make exceptions to this policy, so please don’t bid unless you can give me a valid street address.

I am always happy to combine shipping when possible on auctions that end within seven days. Email me for specific costs.

Refunds will be given only if items are significantly different from descriptions. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem. All my items are shipped either UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. These services are covered in the flat shipping cost.
