These black leather shoes are from the SmartFit collection.  They advertise arch support, cushioning, extra toe room, and durability. 

They are made for toddler girls, in US size 6 (Mex size 13, Eur size 22, UK size 5.5). 

They are brand new and still have the tags attached.  We purchased them ahead of time, but our daughter outgrew them before she had a chance to wear them.  They are in perfect condition.
