Once you purchase our merchandise, you are responsible for examining your package(s) upon delivery. This means that you are responsible for checking the contents of your package immediately.
In order to return a product, you must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the item to get an RMA number. Please do not return an item without getting in touch with us to get the authorization number.All unauthorized returns, without an RMA number, will be ignored/refused and returned to the shipper as necessary.
No returns/refunds are accepted on any items listed as NON WORKING, UNTESTED, or SOLD "AS IS".NO EXCEPTIONS! We reserve the right to deny any request(s) for return assistance on items that have passed 30 days since the time of purchase.
