All of our items include a 14 days warranty on all laptops, systems and parts unless otherwise stated.
* The warranty date will start from the time your package has been delivered to you.
* This warranty includes any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. Any misuse of systems that lead to malfunction is not covered by warranty.
* 20% Testing and Restocking Fee on working returns.
* We are not responsible for any data lost on the items that are returned for warranty; please back up all important data before returning.
* All auction sales are final and under no circumstances we will warrant a refund. If there are any issues that are covered by our warranty policy, we will fix the product or replace the product within 14 days of delivery.

* Returns must have prior authorization and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
* The RMA number must be on the box when the item is returned. Please send an email to dpr300188@gmail.com to obtain a RMA number.
* Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

* Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
