Directions

Apply to wet or damp hair before blow drying.  Can also be apply a small amount to dry hair to eliminate frizz.

These came to us in a huge lot because stores cannot sell them on their shelves, even though they are in perfect working condition. There is NOTHING wrong with the quality of the items. They are just not suitable for a store shelf. We've taken pictures of the absolute worst damages so you can see that the items, themselves, are not damaged. Examples include scuffs, scrapes, ribbed labels, and cracks in the outside clear plastic (not a leak!).

East Coast Bargains ships only UPS Ground. Please do not request a shipping quote for USPS if you live in the US. We do not have an account set up. It is extremely expensive and we must make a special trip to the post office. We make an acception for the occasional international order, about once a month.

Handling fees include warehouse rental, boxes, bubble-wrap, packing tape, and all other packaging materials. But, you get what you pay for! Our products are packaged professionally.

However, we do not have time to check each and every item. 1 in 10 could be unusable. Please understand this is not done intentionally.
