Roof shingles and detailing parts not included. This is a STS Series small trackside structure, laser cut, easy

and quick to assemble. The kit part number is NE40015.

It is imperative that you read the 5 pages of instructions, which are full of suggestions and hints the parts

are all in a sealed bagged. The footprint of the assembly is 4 ¼ x 7 ½ inches approximately.

This item is being sold by a model railroad club AS IS but is warranted to be as described.
