Payment is to be received within 7 days of close of auction. We accept PayPal only.

SHIPPING

We do our best to ship out all paid items within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding Saturday & Sunday). However, on a rare given time, there may be a delay in the process of shipment due to an employee being out on vacation, sick, etc., so please allow up to 7 days for shipment. We understand that some items may be time sensitive so please let us know if there is a rush and we will try to accomodate the best we can.  Insurance is included in the shipping and handling for buyers in the U.S. 

Our s&h is fixed and non-negotiable. Please don't contact us asking for a better rate.  We do offer a discount on s&h for additional items as long as you pay for them all at once.  If you don't agree to our terms, please don't bid on our items.

Note to ALL International orders. Buyer is responsible for any incurring custom brokerage fees and related tariffs. This is not included in the total on your invoice.  The correct order value will be declared on custom form and we cannot mark it as a gift. No under-value. No exception.  We can only insure the merchandise value on the customs form, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 

COMBINED ORDERS

We do offer a combined shipping discount within a 7 day period.  Please wait until you are COMPLETELY finished before checking out and requesting an invoice. All items MUST be paid together if you want the shipping discount.

U.S buyers:     Highest s&h charge plus $1.50 for each additional item.

Canada:           Highest s&h charge plus $2.00 for each additional item.

International:  Highest s&h charge plus $2.75 for each additional item.

* If you purchase 10 items or more, we will deduct an additional 15% of the total s&h charge.

RETURN POLICY

We try to take the best picture and give the best description on our items. All sales are final unless buyer has a valid claim that the item is not as described in listing. Items are not sold "on approval" & returns will not be accepted unless there was an error in the listing. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods, and the item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition.
