Front has WVU helmet with ' Montaineers' underneath in text; rear has '1989 Fiesta Bowl  1989 Sunkist Fiesta Bowl  Tempe, AZ  Jan.2, 1989  West Virginia vs Notre Dame'.  Trimmed in gold band at top and bottom.
