Domestic shipping normally takes 2-5 working days by USPS First Class Mail , or over 13.00 Oz by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), while overseas normally takes 1-2 weeks by USPS Air Mail. However, this is NOT guaranteed, so please do allow longer for delivery.

• Refunds & exchanges are given when agreed to by email. All refund and exchange requests should be made within 3 days of receipt of goods, buyer's user ID and the item's number must be included in the message.

• Items will only be refunded or exchanged if returned in the same original condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be promptly processed once the goods have been received back by us.

• Only faulty items will be refunded. The buyer has to pay all costs of returning the goods.
