This is a Dell Latitude C840 model PP01X laptop computer that I got from a government surplus sale. It will power up and the battery will charge but I can't guarantee how long it will hold a charge, it is being sold as-is. The operating ststem has been wiped off but it still has the 40gb hard drive and two sticks of 512mb DDR RAM= 1024mb. It has a DVD drive and a floppy drive. It has a few scratches on top but overall is a fairly nice looking laptop. The screen measures 15" and looks nice. It has a WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL C.O.A. on back and does NOT come with an AC adapter. I am not a computer mechanic but as far as I can tell all this thing needs is and operating system and an AC adapter and it will be ready to go(but it is still being sold as-is because something could be wrong that I didn't check).
