2.We ship worldwide by Registered Airmail. Same postage for any where in the world.

3.Payment must be received within 5 days once Auction has ended. Non-Paying Bidder will receive an Unpaid Item Strike.

4.Item will be dispatched within 3 working days after FULL payment has been received or e-check cleared.

5.Delivery may take approximately 7-15 days.

6.If the bidder chooses not to add insurance, we should not be responsible for any lost and damage during shipment.

7.We are shipping from Hong Kong. The shipping & handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs, not postage only. The shipping and handling fee of each item is calculated SEPARATELY. Combined purchase does not mean that you only need to pay for the shipping fee of ONE ITEM, as the postage fee is directly proportional to the weight of the package.

8.We apologize that refunds will not be offered. In a rare occasion, if you received a defective or incorrect item inside parcel, please notify us and simply return the item for EXCHANGE within 7 days after the day received. We will send a replacement item in good condition to you if stock is available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available. Refunds will made on bid price only. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

9.Any applicable customs duties is the responsibility of the buyer.

10.We ship to your address stated in PayPal. Please make sure the shipping address provided by PayPal is correct. If the package is returned to us, the buyer would be responsible to pay for the re-shipment charges (Only except the visible delivery address is wrongly written by us).
